Death by a Thousand Cuts

This 60 minute keynote speaks to the forgotten customer service details in business that can turn your customer’s experience into an annoying pain. From my hilarious personal experience at a four-star hotel called “the post it note” to the incredulous “Say Whaat!” when buying a pack of gum at a food store, you will shake your head and pray that this experience never happens in your business.

AAAH! The Generations!

This is taken from my “Retaining and Motivating Employees” seminar. This 60 minute keynote speaks to the assets and the liabilities of all four generations: the matures, the boomers, the Xers and the Y generation. In an amusing expose, I’ll give you insights into the psyche of each generation and allow you to manage your key people accordingly.
