Roy Prevost News - April 2010

First, I want to give you an update on our family's living scenario. As I mentioned in my last newsletter, we were flooded out of our home on January 26th. We had a few hours to evacuate with our personal belongings (ie. my urgent files from my office) and we moved to a hotel, then to a suite, then to my cousin's home and finally to a fully furnished apartment where we are now.

Regrettably, in my state of anxiety at the time, I left several project files which were packed and stored.

It has been an adventure, to say the least!!

No matter, life goes on.

This newsletter contains two short videos by Daniel Pink delivered at the TED conference in the UK.

I consider Daniel Pink to be one of the major thought leaders in the world. His work in the area of Human Resources is legendary.

You will note in these videos that he refers mostly to major corporations. However, I believe his observations can fit any size of company, small or large.
