That’s right folks. Welcome to 24 hours a day, 7 days a week
learning.
Imagine that you are in your housecoat at 11PM or 5AM in the morning
(gasp!), all you do is :
- 1. log on
- 2. go through a specific module
- 3. answer the test questions
- 4. and PRESTO!!, you have completed a lesson
The beauty of this system is that no one can cheat, or say they
have taken the course, when they have, in fact, played hooky, (we
have all tried it in our tender youth). Through the log in, activity
is tracked, and a participant cannot move on to the next module
unless they have successfully passed the exam for that module. They
will be simply sent back to repeat the module again.
As a manager or owner, this is valuable and protects your investment
in your employees.
Depending on the course, there can be between 10 to 12 modules
lasting 30 minutes each.
As an example the “Retail Selling
Superstar” eCourse will be 10 modules and covers:
- The “Pre-Sale
- The “ Sale”
- The “Post” Sale
The investment in these courses will be minimal and will transform
any employee into a fully functioning sales superstar, and give
the seasoned professional a reminder of the key elements of the
selling model.
